How it works:
Add the Sample Service to your shopping bag.
In your shopping bag, list the 3 products + 1 alternative (or let us surprise you) that you wish to discover.
We’ll do the rest and deliver the samples to your door.
The details:
Limit: Max. 1 service per order (max. 3 per week).
Volume: 1ml - 2ml per sample.
Texture: Liquid and cream products only.
Exclusions: La Mer, Jo Malone, Jane Iredale and Environ are not available.
Offers: Not valid in combination with other sample offers or discounts.

Would you like to return a product? This is possible provided it is in its original, unopened cellophane packaging and includes the return form (samples or gifts are excluded).
Returns are at your own shipping cost + €5 administrative fee (this will be deducted from the refund amount).
