How to use:
For intense volume, start by coating the top and bottom of your upper lashes, then wiggle the brush through. Focus on the roots and outer lashes. For a lifted effect, press the brush against your lashes and hold for 5 seconds. For added impact, use the tip of the brush to coat your lower lashes.
