How to use:
Brush through the eyebrows with the spoolie. Pick up the product with the angled brush and tap off the excess. Apply with short, careful strokes. Blend the product gently through the brows using the spoolie.
Tip:
Enhance color intensity by lightly spritzing the bristles with Hydration Spray.
