How do I create an account?
Click on Log In/Sign Up at the top right of every parfuma.com page. Simply enter your email address, first name and surname and determine your personal password, which you can use to log in to parfuma.com at any time. You will receive a confirmation of your registration by email.

I forgot my password?
Click on the 'Forgot your password' link. Enter your email address and click on 'reset password'. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.

I can't get logged in? What do I do now?
Here are a few tips:

  • Login is recommended via Google Chrome.
  • Delete your history.

ORDER & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?
You have found all products and would like to pay? First and foremost, you need an account on parfuma.com. Then follow the 6 steps:

  1. Details: fill in your personal data. (once you have an account, you can skip this step)
  2. Delivery: choose a delivery option of your choice.
  3. Overview: review the overview of your shopping cart, invoice- & collection address and personal details.
  4. Payment method: choose a payment method of your choice.
  5. Pay.
  6. Confirmation.

I want to order a product that is sold out?
This article is sold out because of its great success. Limited Editions can no longer be ordered from our main distributor. It is still possible that you have been able to order this article, so we will take care of a refund as soon as possible.

What about an order where 1 (or more) of my ordered products is no longer in stock and has a delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks?
We'll ship your order as soon as it's complete. When your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email with tracking to track the package.

Is it possible to order a product that is currently out of stock?
On parfuma.com, you can only order products that are in stock. However, you can sign up to receive a notification as soon as the product becomes available again using the 'LET ME KNOW WHEN IT'S BACK IN STOCK' option.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

I gave a wrong address when I placed my order. What do I do now?
Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we can no longer change your address. The parcel will already have been picked up by bpost. Incomplete and/or incorrect addresses will always be returned to us. As soon as we receive it back here, we can return the product(s) at your request, subject to a new payment of shipping costs.

How can I track my order?
Within a few minutes after completing your order, you will receive a confirmation in your mailbox.
Did not receive a confirmation email? Then check if it accidentally ended up in your junk mailbox.
Did not find a confirmation email? Please contact our customer service.

After confirmation of your order, you will receive a tracking link from bpost. If you have not received a tracking link after 3 days, please contact Parfuma Online (+32 (0)3 232 46 11) or mail to webshop@parfuma.com, during the whole Black Friday Weekend we will answer your email as soon as possible.
TIP: Please have your order number ready (≠ invoice number), so we can help you more quickly.

Is the Sample Service available?
During the Black Friday Weekend, our famous Sample Service is not available, in order to give extra love to your packages.

Do I get samples of choice during the Black Friday Weekend?
During the Black Friday Weekend we cannot provide samples of your choice. Of course we will give you a nice surprise with one of Parfuma's favorites ♥.

Can I choose for gift wrapping?
During the Black Friday Weekend we cannot offer gift packaging, because of the great success.
