Fabulous hair tutorial

Whether it's Tomorrowland, WECANDANCE or Pukkelpop, a fun hairstyle can complete your look. If you're looking for a fabulous festival hairstyle, these braids and waves are perfect for you! In this tutorial, we'll show you how to recreate this trendy hairstyle yourself.

stap-1-twist-it

Twist it

1. Start at the middle section at the top of your head by attaching a front lock of hair with a hair tie (not too tight).

2. Divide this hair lock into two parts and pass the tail end of the section through the opening, leaving your hair in a twist. This creates volume and firmness in your braid.

TIP: Use the Swept Up Volume Powder Spray from Oribe for extra volume at the roots of your hair.

Style it

3. Next, take two hair locks on either side of your braid and secure them with an hair tie. Continue braiding the entire length of your hair. As a finishing touch, you can loosen the braid slightly for a fuller effect.

Braid it

4. Then make two narrow french braids along the left and right sides.

5. Like the larger braid, you can also loosen these smaller braids a bit. Don't feel like having two separate braids or don't have enough hair? One braid on each side works just as well for this look!

stap-4-curl-it

Curl it

6. Take a small section of hair, wrap it around your curling iron for a few seconds, and then release.

7. Repeat this process, alternating between curling the hair towards you and away from you.

TIP: Protect your hair from heat damage by using a heat protector. We recommend the Protective Hair Fluid from Hair Rituel by Sisley.
