Parfuma hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, then the unopened container may be returned and exchanged. Regretfully we cannot accept returns on make up products for hygienic reasons. Opened packages are not returnable, except for defective products. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
If your product is not received in good condition, please report it via contact. Parfuma will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

- Fill out the Return Form attached to the Order Summary and include the Return Form with your items(s).
- Please remember that in order for the return to be processed, you must ensure that the completed form is included with your return package and that the product is wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received it.

- The returned product will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refund on any opened or used product.
- Parfuma will refund the product as soon as possible on the refund account mentioned by you in the Return Form, no later than 15 days after we have received the product. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
In addition to our returns policy you have the legal right to cancel your order within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us the Return Form and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
