How can I create an account?

Click on ‘Sign in’ or ‘New Costumer’ which you will find in the left top corner of each page. Just enter your email address, your full name and set your personal password, which you can use to login at any time during your visit to We will e-mail a confirmation of your registration.

I forgot my password?

You have an account but forgot your password? Go to the login page and click on the link forgot your password? next to Sign In. Enter your email address and click 'Send'. Via e-mail, you will receive a new password.

Can I buy samples?

Samples are complimentary with every Parfuma purchase! You may request up to 3 specific samples in the comments area upon checkout. But if you hesitate and you are curious about a fragrance, skin care product or foundation that you saw on, we offer a 'Try Before You Buy Program'. Click on Sample Service for more information.

How can I find a product on

    • Search for Products:
      Know exactly what you want? Use our Search box located in the upper right corner of our site to find the exact product you need or browse through the results that fit your criteria. You can enter a product number or even a partial description of the product.
    • Search for Brands: Looking for a brand? The quickest way to find your favorite brands is by using our Shop By Brand pull down located in the top right corner of every page on Parfuma online. The Brand pull down lists all brands carried on alphabetically. Once on the page of the brand, you can refine your search according to the categorization. Please note that Parfuma stores may carry brands that are not carried online. Send us an email in case you didn't the brand you were looking for.
    • Search by Category: If you do not know the brand or product name, click on one of the following categories on the homepage of the site and refine your search with the available subcategories and filters.
    • Search by Beauty solution:
      Looking for specific products targeting on a beauty problem. Discover our high performance products to help effectively beauty concerns in our section Beauty Solutions.
    • Product Information:
      After you have found the perfect product, you can read the full details and usage tips on each product detail page. All the available colors, formulations, and sizes are listed above the detail text.

Are all products on stock?

We seek to have a permanent stock of our products. It may be that a certain product is temporarily exhausted, this will be mentioned with the button ‘out of stock’. At your request we’ll inform you directly by e-mail, when the product is available again. Some products we have are not in stock and we are happy to order them especially for you, in this case it will clearly be mentioned and you will see 'This product will be ordered for you, please take in consideration a waiting time of 2 weeks.' on the product sheet. You can still buy this product but Parfuma can not guarantee a quick delivery.

How do I place an order?

Do you need help finding a product?

Check each of these steps to find desired information.

1.       Your Details: 

  • Please enter your information as accurately as possible. If you need an invoice, choose the option company and enter your VAT-number and company name.
  • You have the ability to instantly create an account for later use by creating a password.
  • You can choose to enter a new shipping address (eg. as a gift, or if you prefer a delivery at  work) by unchecking ‘delivery to the same address’ or you can select an address from your registered delivery  addresses.

2.       Your Shipment method:

Delivery is done by Bpost.
Select your shipment method

    • at home or at work
    • in a pickup point (choose between 1100 different pickup points) - Only in Belgium
    • in a Bpack 24/7 (= package slot machine) - Only in Belgium

3.       Your Payment method:

Select your payment option: 

    • Credit card: Please specify your card, fill in your card number,  expiration date and verification code
    • Bancontact/Mister Cash
    • iDeal
    • PayPal
    • Bank Transfer (=TUNZ)

4.       Summary of your Order:

    • Check the summary of your order.
    • If you have a promotional code, you can enter the code at this time. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket.
    • You have the option to specify your sample choice or fill in other comments.
    • You can choose to receive your order in gift wrapping. By default your products will be packed in a Parfuma bag.
    • Accept the Terms and Conditions.

After verification, click on ‘place your order’ and you will be redirected to Ogone to proceed to the payment.
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with, you will receive 3 e-mails:

    • Order confirmation by Parfuma
    • Payment confirmation by Ogone
    • Confirmation email of departure of your order

How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order online at any time. Go to Check Order Status. Just fill out your email address and the order number of your order, or login as a registered customer and you will get directly the detailed overview of your most recent order and your order history. Click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to track and a detailed order information page will be displayed. A tracking number is located to the right of the ship-to address and under the shipping method. Click on this number to view detailed tracking information. You can review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery. Please estimate 2 - 3 business days from the time your order has been shipped.

Order Statuses:

  • Staus: pending
    Prior to sending the order for fulfillment and processing, your order needs to be authorized for payment. For your own protection, our Web site performs additional security checks on some orders.
  • Status: processed
    Your order will be packed and prepared for shipment on a short notice. Once the order enters the ‘Closed’ status, no changes, or cancellations of your order can be made.
  • Status: shipped with Bpost
    Your order is on its way to you or has already been delivered.
  • Status: cancelled
    Due to a problem with the delivery address or the desired payment your order has been stopped. For questions you may like to contact our customer service.

How can I cancel my order?

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket.

Once the order is placed, your products are prepared and shipped, it is impossible to cancel or change your order. We make every effort to ensure that the ordered products are delivered as soon as possible.

We invite you to appeal to your legal right to cancel your order within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the goods. If you want to return a part or the full order, click through to our Return Policy.

To which countries do you ship?

Parfuma delivers to any address of your choice in Belgium and to almost all other European countries, namely Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Corsica, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland.
Perfume is considered a dangerous substance because of its alcohol content, creating a more stringent and expensive arrangements for air transport.

Why didn’t I received my order yet?

First go to Check Order Status, if not checked.

Delivery is always on working days (monday to friday). It is therefore necessary to exclude a possible delivery on saturdays, sundays and holidays. If your latency is greater than the announced delivery (excluding saturday, sunday and any public holiday), please contact Parfuma +32 3 232 46 11, from monday to friday, from 10am till 6pm or email webshop@

What happens if I am not present at the time of delivery?

If nobody is present at the address given, they will return a second time at a different day. If they are still unable to deliver your order, you can, using the card in your mailbox, and pick up your order at the nearest post office.

 The wrong product has been delivered, what now?

Parfuma makes every effort to provide the best possible service. If something went wrong, please notify us as soon as possible via Contact.

Through our Return Policy, you can return the wrong delivered item, together with the bill of your shipping costs, so that we can pay back after the receipt of your return delivery. Once we receive your package, we will send the correct product to you.

What are the payment options?

Parfuma offers different payment methods:

  • Bancontact/Mister Cash - Maestro:    
    Bancontact/Mister Cash allows you to pay safely and quickly online. Choose this payment method and you will automatically be redirected to your personal online bank. You are asked to verify the amount and sign in with the online security module (= card reader) which you received from your bank. Currently online payments with your BC/MC or Maestro card is supported by Fintro, Bnp Paribas Fortis, ING, Belfius, CBC, KBC, AXA en Bpost
  • Creditcard:
    You can also pay with MasterCard and VISA. This is done via a secure SSL server Ogone that sends your credit card data encrypted. Ogone is the European leader and provides a secure platform for electronic payments. Your data circulate only within the secure platform. (3D secure)
  • Ideal:
    With iDEAL you are linked directly to your online banking application when you buy online. If you use online banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank and SNS Regio Bank, you can instantly pay with iDEAL. You will be charged quickly and easily into the familiar online banking environment of your own bank.
  • PayPal:
    PayPal lets you send money to anyone with email. PayPal is free for consumers and works seamlessly with your existing credit card and checking account.can instantly pay with iDEAL. 
  • European Bank transfer:
    You can also do the payment through your bank, stating your order number. Once we received the payment confirmation via Ogone (on average 3 to 4 days), the products will be shipped.

All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Parfuma. Parfuma reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. Why doesn’t my payment succeed?

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that your billing information is exactly as it appears on your credit card statement (number/verification code/expiry date), try re-entering your security code with your card-reader, and be sure that the card is current and valid. After validating the information you've entered and an error message is received a second attempt, call  Parfuma +32 3 232 46 11 or contact your financial institution for further assistance.

 What is included in the price?

The indicated prices are including VAT, but excluding any delivery charges. These are calculated depending on the order and destination: When you place your order, delivery costs are automatically added. You can review the total amount (including shipping costs) before confirming the order.
